KC(RRA)The broadcasting and communication equipment conformity assessment system has been implemented according to Article 58-2 of the Radio Waves Act. It is divided into the certification of conformity, registration of compatibility, and interim of conformity. A party intending to manufacture, sell or import broadcasting and communication equipment must have one of those three certifications.

| 1 | For indication of conformity assessment, the basic design and identification code label shown in figure is attached along with the company name of the party receiving the conformity assessment, equipment name (model name), manufactured date, manufacturer, and country of manufacture. |
| 2 | The indication of conformity assessment shall be securely fastened to each device for display in ways of printing or stamping on the equipment surface or package for easy viewing. |
| 3 | If the product is too small to display the indication of conformity assessment, the indication can be attached on the product package or only the basic design or identification code label can be displayed on the product |
| 4 | Although the size of the indication of conformity assessment can be adjusted according to the product size, its height cannot be less than 5mm. However, the height can be adjusted for extremely small products like a storage unit or products that use the verification label (seal, punching, carving, etc.) according to the size as long as it is visible. |
| 5 | The indication of conformity assessment can be enlarged or reduced in the same ratio according to the size of the equipment and can be applied by special color effect according to the product characteristics |
| 6 | The identification code can be displayed below the basic design or on the easily visible area. If there is more than one identification code, they can be listed with a basic design. |
| 7 | For products like a transplanted heart pacemaker where is is difficult to display the indication of conformity assessment on the product, it can be displayed on the package only. |
| 8 | When using the wireless transmission/reception part that received the conformity assessment as a component of a finished product, the identification code of the wireless transmission/reception part shall be displayed for easy viewing on the finished product |

The code can be specified by the applicant for up to 14 characters
